Payments & deposits

We keep money steps explicit: you always get a written recap of services, dates, cancellation windows, and who to pay — before funds move.

Typical flow

  1. You submit an enquiry.
  2. We confirm feasibility, final price, and inclusions by email / WhatsApp.
  3. A deposit (percentage agreed in writing) secures the booking window.
  4. Balance is due on a date stated on your invoice — often pre-arrival.

Supported rails (template)

  • Domestic / international bank transfer (SWIFT details on request)
  • Wise (TransferWise) where compatible
  • On-island cash settlement for select services — only when pre-approved
