Do you guarantee leopard or elephant sightings?
No ethical operator can. We guarantee professional guiding, park-rule compliance, and honest communication — wildlife is wild.
What if weather disrupts a safari?
We follow park authority decisions. If a session cannot run safely, we rebook or adjust fairly — details are spelled out in your written quote.
When should I plan a Yala safari in the year?
Many guests aim for drier months for the south and dry-country parks, but wildlife does not follow a calendar. We explain seasonal trade-offs honestly — see our Yala timing guide and Yala overview.
Bookings & payments
How do payments work?
We confirm your itinerary first. Deposits hold dates; balances follow an agreed timeline — see payments & deposits.
Can I pay by card on the website?
Not in v1 — we use bank transfer / Wise-style flows so you always see human confirmation before money moves.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular windows and park dates fill early. For peak season or tight safari slots, reach out as soon as dates feel firm — we will tell you honestly if availability is tight rather than over-promising.
What about cancellations or date changes?
Terms depend on what we have confirmed in writing — parks, vehicles, and partners have different rules. Your quote states what is refundable or movable; ask before you pay if you need maximum flexibility. Methods and timelines are also on our payments page.
Transport, hotels & your trip
Can you customise the route day by day?
Yes — that is what private chauffeur-guides are for. We still advise realistic driving times and park rules so the plan feels good on the ground. Browse transport options or our packages as starters.
Do you book hotels?
We can recommend zones and pacing; many guests book their own stays for budget control. On some packages hotels are quoted separately — we say that clearly in writing.
What vehicles do you use?
Private air-conditioned cars or vans sized to your group and luggage. Exact vehicle class is confirmed on your quote so there is no ambiguity before you pay.
